With respectful greetings,
In relation with graduation ceremony in Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI), we inform all the students, who certificate and transcript eligible to be taken, certificate and transcript can be taken in each campus starting on Friday, April 3rd 2009.
Certificate and transcript can be taken in these locations:

1. Kampus A (Fatmawati)
• Kampus A1, Jl. R.S. Fatmawati No. 24 Jakarta Selatan for AMIK BSI students.
• Kampus A2, Jl. R.S. Fatmawati No. 26 Jakarta Selatan for ASM BSI, ABA BSI, AKOM students
2. Kampus B (Kramat)
• Kampus B1, Jl. Kramat No. 168 Jakarta Pusat for ASM BSI majoring SK and MA
• Kampus B2, Jl. Kramat No. 18 Jakarta Pusat for AMIK BSI student majoring MI
• Kampus B4, Jl. Salemba No. 22 Jakarta Pusat for AMIK BSI student Majoring KA and TK.
• Kampus B3, Jl. Salemba Tengah 45 Jakarta Pusat for AKOM BSI
• Kampus B5, Jl. Kramat Raya No. 25 Jakarta Pusat for ABA BSI
3. Kampus C (Tangerang)
   
Certificate and transcript can be taken in Kampus BSI Tangerang A, Jl. Oto Iskandar Dinata (Otista) No. 25 Tangerang
4. Kampus G (Ciledug)
   
Certificate and transcript can be taken in Kampus BSI Ciledug B, Jl Ciledug Raya No. 168 Ulujami Jakarta Selatan Besides those locations above, certificate and transcript can be taken in each branch

1. Paying for the administration of certificate and transcript for Rp. 100.000,- (One Hundred Rupiah) through ATM or Internet Banking to the bank that assigned by BSI (payment slip should be submitted)
2. Showing the identity card such as KTP/SIM/Paspor.
3. Showing the graduation ceremony card.

If Certificate and Transcript are not taken for 3 (three) months since due time, (until July 3rd 2009), BSI will not responsible for loosing and damaging of certificate and transcript.
In such a way that this announcement is made, If you have something to be questioned, you can ask directly through Halo BSI in (021) 39843000 and (021) 8000063.
