Training and Requirement Bureau are bureaus that function as training centre, requirement and man power distribution.

The duties are as follows:
1. Training Organizer
     Providing the trainings in order to enhance the human resources of Bina Sarana Informatika.
2. Manpower Distribution
     Handling and facilitating in distribution of manpower of BSI alumni.
